It’s easy to arrive by car or taxi, and there’s a roomy entrance for luggage. The interiors were very clean, with enough supplies for guests, and the bathroom and toilet area felt spacious and comfortable. Lawson on the ground floor, the first floor in Japan, is open 24/7 and handy for food, drinks, toiletries, or accessories. There is room to cook only with difficulty because of the space, and guests with large suitcases may struggle to store or move their bags around. The location itself is excellent.
We stayed two nights on the top floor, and the view of Tokyo at night was fascinating. We cooked some light food, and the kitchen was useful, though there wasn’t much room to set plates down. The room is new and the facilities are shiny, so hygiene didn’t worry us. It’s a great little apartment. There were two sets of towels, but no toothbrush, razor, umbrella, or trash bags. On the rainy second day we had to use a grocery bag for trash. I’d rate the location four out of five. It’s a ten-minute uphill walk from the metro, with a Lawson downstairs and a supermarket about ten minutes away on foot.
The apartment was spotless and had a fresh refurbishment, so everything felt new and well-kept. I had all the amenities I needed, whether I was cooking something quick or relaxing after being out. It was easy to feel comfortable there. The location made it simple to get around Tokyo, with the station a short walk away and a convenience store right next door. More than just somewhere to sleep, the flat made me feel like I was part of city life instead of only visiting as a tourist. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’d absolutely come back.
Spacious, clean, neat, and fully equipped, and a great place for the price and location. The only drawback is the uphill walk from the station, especially with a heavy suitcase after a long flight. Still, I’d highly recommend it.
Check-in and check-out were simple to follow, and I slept well every night. I’m sensitive to noise, so the quiet room was a real plus. I’d recommend it if you’re after somewhere clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Hope others have the same experience I did. Five stars all around, and thank you, Dash Living Osaki! This was my first time in Tokyo, and I had a great stay at Dash Living Osaki. At 6'3", I found the living space roomy, and the bed fit me just fine and was very comfortable. It was handy to have a hot water boiler, microwave, refrigerator, basic cooking essentials, and a heater/AC unit. Osaki station is a ten-minute walk and Togoshi station is fifteen minutes away. If you’re arriving at Narita, there’s a direct train to Togoshi, though it takes about two hours. There’s a ginza near Togoshi for food and daily necessities.
