East SQUARE Tokyo

It was my first trip abroad, so I felt a bit nervous, but the staff made me feel at ease. They speak English very well, greeted us warmly whenever we came or went, and were polite and hardworking throughout. My friends and I stayed nine days. The rooms were simple and neat, with cleaning available, a washing/drying machine, and plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The train station was nearby, so getting around was easy. EST and the staff were a big part of why my vacation was awesome. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip. TYSM EST!! ☺️

For our seven-day Tokyo vacation, my wife booked this place, and it didn’t disappoint. We’re still staying here, so I’ll share more at the end. The neighborhood is quiet, and the front desk staff are friendly, helpful, and speak very good English. The bedrooms have high-tech features, and the Moshita subway station is within walking distance. The unit has three rooms separated by sliding doors, which makes it ideal for a family.

Kai greeted us so warmly and was genuinely kind and welcoming. Our family had a great stay: the room was roomy and clean, and the train station was very close. We'd happily come back.

East Square Tokyo made for a lovely stay. It's in a peaceful residential neighborhood, with the subway, Lawson's, and the yummy Cattlea bakery close by. The staff were so sweet and friendly, and the room felt spacious by Japan standards. Hope we can return someday.
