This was the first hotel of my trip, and the room was ready early, so they let us leave our luggage in it around 6-7am after our overnight flight. That was a huge help. The staff member working in the morning was especially helpful throughout our stay. She arranged luggage forwarding and even called our next hotel to check that they would accept the delivery. No other hotel I stayed at did that. The room was clean, and so was the bathroom. Its size was typical for Tokyo, with enough space to open one large suitcase. There were plenty of amenities to pick up in reception, the WiFi worked well, and it was quiet. I only wish there had been a smart TV, but that wasn't a real issue. The station is a short walk away, and there are two convenience stores nearby. For the price and the number of nights I stayed, I had a great time. I'd definitely book here again if I get the chance.

I arrived ahead of schedule, and the front desk handled check-in smoothly and got me into my room promptly. The staff were friendly and attentive. My room felt clean and modern, with enough space to relax after a busy day. There are lots of izakayas nearby, which gives the neighborhood a lively atmosphere and a real sense of character.

The neighborhood is calm and relaxing even though it's so central, and it's easy to get around on foot. There are lots of cafés, shops, and restaurants close by, making it a comfortable place to settle in and explore at your own pace. I had a great stay in this part of Tokyo.

Great location and service, and the room was decent. There was mold on the shower curtains. They replaced them quickly, but the new ones still had some mold. Aside from that, I couldn't ask for more at this price.

The staff were amazing and really accommodating. The price was very good for a location close to everything you need. There's also a nice little cafe attached to the entrance on the first floor. Our room was on the small side, though it was bigger than a typical Japanese business hotel room.
