Elle’s Shirokane guest house

The owner wanted 75 USD to let us leave our baggage in the apartment for 5,5 hours, even though nobody was staying there after us. The place itself was in rough shape and badly cleaned. Dust and hair were in every corner, the walls were stained, and the tiny balcony was filthy, with mud, dust, and little plants growing through the floor. The building's gate wouldn't close, the corridors were extremely dirty, and the elevator odor was unbearable. It's on the first floor, facing a store, and there's constant traffic and noise from 09.00 to 23.00. Cars and motorbikes idle under the windows all day. The chocolate factory under the flat has been closed for years; rain drains into the empty room and evaporates straight up into the apartment, leaving the humidity very high. The metro is far away, and only expensive restaurants are nearby. Avoid this place.
