The Tokyo EDITION, Ginza

From Sophies to the rooftop bar and Punch Room, we'd gladly come back. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. When I carried in a heavy box, they offered help right away and sent a cold drink up to my room. The anniversary gesture for my partner and me moved us, too. This was easily the best hotel guest experience I've had, and five stars feels like the only rating that fits.

The staff were lovely, greeting us and opening the door, and the room had space for two queen beds. The hotel costs a lot, but I felt it was worth it. Its location was the main reason we chose it: Matsuya, my favourite shopping place, is just one street away, and Starbucks reserve is right opposite, where I went for breakfast each morning. One small thought: it'd be great if staff knew more of the neighborhood's little cafes and good restaurants to suggest when guests ask. We'll be back!

Ashley made a lasting impression on us. She was warm and personable from the moment we arrived, took time to get to know us, suggested great local restaurants, and even helped me find a good nearby massage spot. Her kindness, attention to detail, and readiness to help made us feel truly cared for. The whole team's hospitality made our stay memorable, and we're already looking forward to returning. We spent our last night in Tokyo at the Tokyo Edition Ginza before heading home. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Ashley and the rest of the team made us feel so well looked after. We've rarely met someone who leaves such an impression. She embodies the kind of hospitality that turns a great stay into an exceptional one. We'd highly recommend the Tokyo Edition Ginza and can't wait to visit again.

Mas Julian, Yuki-san, Pak Gede, and the other staff made our short first stay feel personal. My sister, mum, and I were welcomed so warmly and helped generously; by the end it felt as though they already knew us. Their presence made the visit memorable, and I hope future guests feel just as appreciated. The location was ideal, in the middle of Ginza across from Matsuya Ginza dept store and amid lots of shops. The hotel's own Le Labo Edition scent made the whole building smell lovely. Our clean room was simply but elegantly decorated, with high-quality amenities, and the bed was a 10/10. I fell asleep seconds after my head hit the pillow 😂. It was tidied twice a day. Breakfast was delicious, with a healthy buffet and a main dish chosen from the menu. The hotel is compact, so there's not much to explore. The price feels high if you look only at the room and facilities, though I think the location and service help balance it. I'd have liked a second sink so we didn't have to take turns. Still, it was a wonderful stay, and I'd recommend it and hope to come back someday. Thank you! ☺️😊
