Our whole trip was made miserable by this awful experience. The WC wasn't working when we checked in, so we told the owner. At first she kept saying it might be out of battery. We sent a video, and the next day she acknowledged it was broken and would take time to fix. They told us to check out, which was hard for us because we were only in Tokyo for four days and didn't want to lose time finding another hotel. The next day I developed rashes after using the toilet and tissue paper to clean myself. When we told the owner, she said we could check out and get a refund. We felt we had no choice because it had become a medical issue, and we were in a new country without knowing what to do. We asked the owner either to find us another place to stay or arrange a ride as a gesture of compensation. It was our first time in Japan, we were stressed, and our flight was the next day. The owner told us to leave before noon. We were frustrated that she or he wouldn't speak on the phone, and we were left confused about what decision to make. We had a very tough time. We had to book another hotel, and spent a whole day trying to figure out what to do, where to stay, and how to get there. A horrendous, awful experience for the entire trip.

Do not stay here! The rooms may seem clean at first, but once we used them we noticed lots of dirty and dusty spots. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked, and the lights kept turning off and on every few minutes without us touching them. Definitely not recommended for travelers.

Please, please don't come here. There were lots of dirty areas, including the bathroom, and the walls were so thin that people in the hallways could probably hear us talking normally in our room. That led to a lot of complaints about the rooms.

It was cozy and close to the subway, and worked well for our family. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

We had a spacious, affordable room on the first floor, and the facilities worked well for a trip with friends. The interior was clean and it was easy to get to the station. There's a Daiso about a five-minute walk north, lol. The washing machine was handy for laundry, and having a microwave made it easy to use things from the nearby convenience store. The smoking area is close, but its smell didn't get into the room. This is based on a visit in September 2023. For early check-in, they held our bags at 1 PM and let us check in at 3 PM. Ask separately if you need to come earlier. If you can book at a low price, I don't think you'll regret it. The space is a big plus.
