First Cabin Atagoyama

The room is a small private cubicle rather than a capsule, and the place was generally quiet, warm, and comfortable. The bed was fine, though the pillow was thin and hard. Only the first-class cabins have space set aside for luggage. Shimbashi station is the nearest train stop. The area has wide, flat streets that are easy to walk, with lots of small eateries, izakaya Japanese pubs, and bars popular with working people in the evening and late at night. The Ginza subway line is there too. The Haneda monorail ends at Hamamatsucho, which makes this a convenient base. Good for solo travelers and small groups. I’d return on my next trip.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, though their English is limited. I stayed in a B room from Sep 13-14, 2025. The lounge and dining area were very comfortable, and it’s within walking distance of 🗼Tokyo tower and Shimbashi station.

The rest of the staff were kind, but one front desk employee working around 3 pm was really unfriendly. He made several small mistakes, and the service was awful. I honestly can't believe he works in a hotel. He should be fired.

The other parts of the capsule hotel were fine, but I couldn't get decent sleep because of the noise. Even at 12:45 a.m., I was still awake from people opening and closing doors. The plastic cabins make noise easily, and there's a big gap that lets light in, so I ended up going to sleep after everyone else and waking when the earliest person got up. The room design is stupid.
