Hotel Owl Tokyo Shinbashi

The temperature was comfortable in February, and the location works well for a budget stay. I tried it for one night for the experience. You can leave and come back whenever you want, so there aren't really quiet hours. The passage to the bed is narrow, and the nearby pods have little sound insulation, so you need to be okay with noise.

It's in a good location, but the space is so cramped I had to walk sideways in the hall to avoid people's shoes and curtains. There's practically nowhere to access your own luggage. The bathroom has a bidet that doesn't really work, and there is just one shower for men and one for women, which feels inadequate for the number of beds. There's no elevator either, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags. It didn't feel worth the price, and I wouldn't stay again unless they seriously renovated the place.

I had a really nice night there. The staff were kind and helpful, and let me leave my bags before check-in and after checkout for free. The bathroom was very clean with hot water. There was a TV and headphones in the room, so I could watch without worrying about bothering anyone. Great value for the money 🥰🥰🥰

For a solo traveler on a budget, this was about as good as I could ask for, and it's a short distance from the train. The space is tiny, but it felt fresh and was enough for me to rest and recharge. The shower was good too.
