We were left waiting for three hours because the host never sent the email with the code we needed to check ourselves in. We couldn't get inside at all. Absolutely disgusting host. After placing the order, we couldn't check in because the host was meant to send the entry code by email and didn't. The host was absolutely terrible.

We booked three nights and were told on arrival to use self-service check-in. But we couldn't get through the main entrance because we had no password. The hotel's website had no check-in instructions, and nobody could be reached. We've been outside in the cold for two hours with no idea what to do, and can't get a refund because we can't contact anyone.
