The Keio subway is only a few minutes away, making it easy to get wherever you need to go. I stayed for about a week on the 6th floor, in 6D, and had a great city view. The unit is a bit small, though it should be fine with just a couple of bags, and there’s an elevator for anyone who has trouble with stairs or is carrying heavy things. The furnishings made it easy to do laundry and cook simple meals, which was a big plus. There was a little road noise from next door, but not much else. Customer service was available late at night to help me get into the unit. Thanks!
