I’ve stayed here four times and will come back. It’s a simple, clean, modern business hotel, not a luxurious one, and I was satisfied with every aspect. The staff were very polite, as you’d expect in Tokyo. My one suggestion would be a better breakfast buffet. There’s a good one across the quad at the Washington hotel.

For an extended business stay, this could be a good fit. The rooms are clean and modern, with a kitchen and laundry in the room, and the facilities themselves were very nice. The drawback is getting around: Ariake is a bit of a hike from most of Tokyo’s major train stations.

The shuttle to Haneda is cheap, about 610Y. The rooms are pretty spacious for Tokyo, with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and walk-in shower. The hotel connects to a larger hotel, so you can get breakfast or reach a Lawson without going outside. Keep in mind the front desk is staffed only from 7am-9pm, so late check-ins aren’t possible, and housekeeping hours are even more limited.

A nice, clean place with friendly staff and fairly large rooms. The rooms have all the amenities you’d want for a longer stay. It’s also easy to get to Shinjuku and other Tokyo districts, making this a great alternative for a stay in the Tokyo area.

I loved this place. The staff were really helpful, the location was great, and the room had what I needed to feel at home. There was an amazing view from the balcony, and a convenience store just a few floors below. What more could you want?
