It was really easy to get to shibuya, and I loved staying here. You can feel the Japanese vibes. The toilet may be a little small for a man.

Everything was within a pretty reasonable walk, and I got what I came for during my six-night stay. It worked especially well for a solo traveler. I’m a big guy, so the bathroom felt a bit tight, but I could adapt to it.

There was a great range of free drinks. The ballpoint pen for filling out the initial form barely had any ink, though, and the bathroom smelled moldy until I switched on the exhaust fan. Removing the room card shut off the fan along with all the lights, which was inconvenient.

The station and convenience stores are close by, and there’s an all-you-can-drink vending machine in the first-floor reception area. Check-in is self-service, since no one is at the front desk.

Using an exterior image of Roppongi Hills, or something similar photographed elsewhere, could give people the wrong impression. I think they should stop using it.
