We stayed for two weeks with friends, and the housing was very clean and pleasant, with appliances for just about anything you might need. The area was extremely calm apart from the nearby police station and university hospital. One commuter train made it easy to reach shinjuku and other places. The host had English instructions for everything and clearly considered foreign visitors who don’t speak japanese. Our only issue was that check-in ran almost 30 minutes late on arrival day. Otherwise, both the place and host were lovely, and I’d recommend it to everyone.

The apartment had everything we needed for several days, and the neighborhood was great with the metro nearby. Everything was clearly explained, and the host was friendly and quick to answer questions. Thanks for a really great stay!

The mattress was comfortable, and we got good rest after long, tiring days. The house had everything we needed, and its closeness to the subway, restaurants, and shops made our six-day stay very convenient. We also appreciated being allowed to check in 30 minutes early. We booked directly on the website, though, and our only effective way to contact the host was LINE to ask for the door code. It would have helped if they’d reached out proactively and replied promptly. The house wasn’t dirty or messy, but it was dusty, so be careful if you have allergies or a sensitive nose. Otherwise, I’d have given it five stars.

The host was really kind, and the place was stocked with everything you’d need for an Airbnb, plus a bit more. There were signs in English and other languages showing how to get there, where to find things like light switches, and what to do around tokyo. It was spacious and comfortable, with a train station nearby. 10/10.
