A friend booked this room, and I'm leaving this review for our stay from March 28, 2025 to April 2, 2025. It took about 10-15 minutes to walk from Ikebukuro Station. We were in room 303, up a side staircase to the third floor, with no elevator. There was a double bed and a single bed. The room was a little small, but we could still move around, and the bathroom and toilet were separate. The different spaces had some thoughtful design details, and the room also had a refrigerator, kitchen, washing machine, wardrobe, and small balcony for drying clothes. We sorted our trash but had to take it down to the first-floor bins ourselves. There were umbrellas behind those bins, which came in handy on rainy days. It was a great stay, thank you.
