Everything was neat and clean. The staff were friendly and really helpful, and there’s a shared kitchen area where you can store and prepare food and drinks. The rooms are small and basic, as Japanese rooms tend to be, but they have what you need. Four of us shared one room before booking another. It worked for one night, but for a longer stay I’d suggest getting two rooms.

I picked this hotel because I wanted to be near Nippori Fabric Town, and it worked out perfectly. The staff are professional, helpful, and politely friendly. The beds are comfortable, the towels are soft, and the shower stays at a steady temperature instead of turning hot and cold. They also have instant coffee and tea. It’s VERY clean, and they give you slippers when you enter the building. If I come back to Japan, this is my first hotel choice.

The neighbourhood was quiet and didn’t feel touristy, which we liked. Of all the hotels we stayed at in Japan, this one had the most welcoming staff. They were really kind and always busy cleaning or helping guests.

The cozy lounge was a lovely place to sit, wait, or have some tea, and the whole hotel felt peaceful and comfortable. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, cleaner than almost anywhere I’ve stayed. This was easily my favorite hotel in Japan. I’d recommend it without hesitation.
