Heart of Shimokitazawa Group Stay 503

Being able to step straight downstairs into the bars, restaurants, and shops was a big part of what I loved here. Shimokitazawa feels like a cosy neighbourhood, but it’s a much bigger maze of places to explore, full of musicians, artists, and bohemian types. The apartment is right in the heart of Shimokitasawa, one of Tokyo's coolest suburbs, and just a stone's throw from the station. The place was the perfect size for two, with cool decor and a balcony overlooking Shimokitazawa. The host was friendly, helpful, and cool, sharing lots of local recommendations and helping us get started. I’ve stayed at a few places in Japan, and this one was my favourite by far.
