The bed was comfortable and everything was clean, and there was enough space and everything we needed for a family. I only stayed one night, which was fine, though I found the couch and seating area uncomfortable. Even though it's off the main road, traffic and loud people outside made it quite noisy.

Having a supermarket close by was especially handy, and there were also Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven nearby. I booked two houses for my family and me. Both were very clean and had good facilities, and we enjoyed the stay. Thanks to the host for the hospitality 😍

Check-in was simple, and they let us store our luggage temporarily. The amenities were well stocked and the details had been taken care of. The location was convenient, with lots of Korean food around.

For three nights in Tokyo, this was a cheap, comfortable place to stay. A 24-hour ministore is close by.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a layout and ceiling height that didn't feel cramped, and the facilities were well kept. Shopping was easy too: two or three supermarkets are within walking distance and stay open until 11 or midnight, with 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart nearby. A large Matsumoto Kiyoshi is right next door. It's right on the street, near Shin-Okubo JR Station and quite close to Shinjuku, with bus and JR access. We arrived around 11 PM and saw a few pedestrians, but the area didn't feel unsafe or eerie.
