The room was spacious, but it wasn't properly clean. There was rubbish on the floor by the dining table and dust in several places. When we showered, the whole bathroom flooded, including around the toilet. They gave us one pair of rubber slippers, but that didn't solve the problem. After how check-in went, I didn't bother complaining. I wouldn't recommend this place. We had followed all the check-in steps in advance because we expected to arrive around midnight with a toddler. Even so, we were left outside for over an hour, with no reply from any of the emergency contacts or the property manager on WhatsApp, by phone, or through the booking platform. The manager had "forgotten" to send the final check-in details, including the room number and code. The tablet at the front entrance was useless, responding very slowly and repeatedly crashing. When we finally reached the property manager by phone, she was rude, as if we'd made the mistake, though she'd failed to do her job. Only afterwards did she realize it was her error and apologize. The apology meant little, and nothing was done to make up for the way we were treated or for the experience.

The AC didn't work properly and would switch itself on. Bathroom privacy was an issue too: the shower and toilet are in one area, separated from the rest of the room only by a frosted glass door. Water also leaks across the floor, so your feet get wet when using the bathroom if you shower in the morning. The place was fairly spacious, near two subway stations, and about a half-hour walk from Shinjuku city center.

A pleasant stay in a clean house. It had a water filter and pocket Wi-Fi, and they also gave us a tourist guide.

The area is good and the price is fair. If you only need somewhere to sleep, though, this isn't a great choice.
