Hotel B4T Tabata

We had a comfortable stay at B4T Tabata, and the price felt reasonable. The room was a good size, stylish, well kept, and had what we needed, including lots of charging sockets and a microwave. There’s a supermarket, convenience store, restaurants, and other shops nearby, and the station is close. Check-in and check-out went smoothly even though no staff were around. Members can also get late checkout, which is a nice bonus. One small suggestion: I’d rather have shower caps in the amenities than drip coffee. Walking from the station means passing a public smoking area, and we had to hold our breath, though that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The kiosk made check-in and checkout really convenient, and housekeeping came every day. The hotel is less than a five-minute walk from JR Tabata Station. My room was clean and nicely sized by Japanese standards, with enough room for luggage and a queen bed. I’d happily stay here again if I get the chance.

The main drawback for me was the dust. There’s no air purifier, and I sneezed a lot during my three-night stay. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and spacious by Japan’s standards. It faced the train tracks, so I could watch trains go past, but the soundproofing was so good I never heard them. The location is excellent, right by the JR yamanote line, which gets you around quickly.

The room was on the small side, but it was spotless and tidy. Being right beside the metro station made getting around easy.
