The convenient location was a plus: the bus stop and train station were about a five-minute walk away, with a convenience store and restaurants nearby. We took an Uber to DisneySea, though there’s also a direct bus. But I was disappointed with the stay for the price. Check-in started with a staff member who came across as rude and unwilling to help with our concerns. Maybe it was a language barrier, but that was the impression I got. The room felt cramped for four people. It had two beds meant for two people each, plus two single beds against the wall, leaving little room to walk or store luggage. I can’t imagine being comfortable for a longer stay; luckily, we were there only two nights. There also weren’t enough outlets near the bed for several people to charge devices. Cleanliness was a major problem: our first room had hair on the bed and trash under it. We waited over 30 minutes for a replacement, and the second room still wasn’t properly cleaned. The elevator worried me too. It closes quickly and doesn’t stop when something is in the way, nearly causing an accident with my boyfriend. That seems especially risky for families with young children. Because of the cleanliness problems, I wouldn’t stay here again.

I booked through Expedia in July and didn’t hear anything afterward. There were no reminder emails, no request to tell them my arrival time, nothing, which is unlike other hotels I’ve booked months ahead. I should have remembered the reservation myself, but they canceled it when I didn’t show up that night without notifying me, then charged me the full amount. I only noticed the charge on my statement because they never contacted me. It’s a shame. If you need flexibility, don’t book unless you’re going to mark the cancellation deadline on your calendar. I’m pretty sure their business model depends on people forgetting their reservations so they can cancel and charge without saying a word.

Probably the worst service I’ve had in Japan so far. The room wasn’t clean, and the service sucked.

I stayed here for work, but I won’t be back. The room only had a very small table, which made eating there inconvenient, and the TV didn’t have terrestrial channels. The young Japanese woman at reception was unfriendly and left a bad impression. When I came back and we made eye contact, she didn’t even say hello. Bath towels and other items weren’t replenished unless the room was cleaned, and I don’t think the service was worth the price. The front door locks before 5am, so I had to use the intercom to get in. She didn’t notice until I pressed it five or six times.
