We traveled with our two-year-old, and having two floors helped keep noise away from her while she slept. The house was clean and had everything we needed, with food all around and a fantastic location. It could get a bit cold in winter.

We stayed for 11 winter days, and the house worked well for our family of five adults. The ground floor had a hall, kitchen, laundry, toilet, and shower, while the first floor had separate sleeping rooms. It was fully equipped. The owner was very helpful and replied to every message within 30 minutes. Keikyu Kamata Station is about 300m away and Kamata Station about 600m. There was plenty of paid parking roughly 150m from the house. We drove along the road to the Subaru Line peak of Mt Fuji and saw fantastic scenery.

Our family of six had a great few days in this cozy traditional Japanese house. It was about an eight-minute walk to keikyu kamata station, with shops, restaurants, and family mart/7-11 nearby. The train ride from there to haneda int’l airport takes around 15 minutes. We stored our luggage in station lockers, went skiing for 3D2N, then returned to head to the airport. Kamata ann also made it easy to get to disneyland or disneysea, mega donki at shibuya, and tsukiji outer market. We'd highly recommend trying a traditional Japanese house for a few days.

My best stay in Tokyo so far. Kamata ann was super clean, fully equipped, and worth the money. I'd recommend it for a family holiday. Good work!
