Good value for money, and about 15 minutes from Haneda Airport. My room felt spacious. There are two train stations within walking distance, which gives you plenty of ways to get around. It's a convenient base for central Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kamakura, and the neighborhood is quiet at night so sleeping was easy. Nearby you'll find vending machines and convenience stores. There's a washing machine and microwave, plus a water boiler in the room and a laundry place across the street. The host speaks English well and was responsive and helpful.

Being close to the station is a real plus, and having one room per floor makes it feel cozy and secure. Each floor uses a keyed elevator, so people can't just come in. The room is a little small if more than two people have several suitcases.

There are plenty of reasonably priced parking lots nearby for anyone driving in Tokyo. Our family, including a young child, had only a short five-minute walk to the Keikyu line station, or about 10-15 minutes on foot to Yamata JR.

The Dyson hair dryer earns one extra star, but this apartment was definitely not worth the price. It's very small and noisy from the street and subway all day and night, and would maybe be okay for just one night before a flight. The photos make the room look much bigger. They also don't make clear how close it is to the subway line and main street, which was misleading. The constant noise was really annoying, and the description should say the subway line is right beside the building. There was only one small mirror in the tiny bathroom and none by the entrance, which is a must for me. The bed sheets weren't fully dry when we went to sleep, which was disgusting. The bathroom sink was clogged, though the owner said they'd checked it and that this was normal. The windows and curtains were dirty, and the shower's hot water controls were very complicated.

For our honeymoon, we chose this place and were glad we did. The host was supportive and always ready to answer our questions. Nearby, there are lots of restaurants with good food at really affordable prices, and plenty of temples for Goshuin collectors. Keikyu Kamata station is just a few minutes away and offers a quick trip to Haneda Airport, as well as a good connection to Narita Airport. Kamata station is also a short walk away, with easy access to JR lines and the Yamanote Line, major Tokyo stations, and the Shinkansen. Haneda's observation deck at terminal 3 is about 10 to 15 minutes away for anyone interested in aircraft spotting. A great place for a small crew.
