As their website says, reservations can’t be made by phone. Even with the call on speaker, the voice is so muffled that I can’t make out what’s being said. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service is unpleasant.

This branch is nothing like the ones in Ikebukuro and Oji. I came back after a long time, and the receptionist, who looked around 25, had a bad attitude. The man beside her was as brusque as ever. This time the bathroom was full of gnats, and there was a horrible sewage smell coming from the drain. If Ikebukuro and Oji are a 100 for cleanliness, this one is about a 30. I definitely won’t stay here again.

The big bath was a nice perk, and being able to check in at 1 pm was great.

I’m not planning to return. The location was neither good nor bad, and the service left a lot to be desired. Staff spoke casually and served me while leaning far back in their chairs. With the discounted rates, check-in time is fixed, and arriving just five minutes early means an extra charge. The website doesn’t say what that fee is, either. They just call it the shop’s rule. The room was supposed to have a “rainbow-colored bathtub,” but I was assigned a different one. The bathroom had pubic hair in the tub, the toilet paper holder was placed directly behind the toilet seat, and dust had built up on the air conditioner vents. So much for the cleaning being “impeccable.”
