Breakfast was the usual Japanese style, but presented elegantly. The hotel was very clean, and the customer service was top-notch and super polite. It’s not too far to walk to the train station, with lots and lots of places to eat around it and shopping nearby too. Very nice hotel.

I was in town for business and stayed at this hotel near tachikawa station. Every employee was very kind, and there’s a nice place to sit and spend time in the lobby.

Breakfast was very good, and I had a very pleasant stay. This is an excellent hotel, right at the edge of central Tachikawa, and everything was in great order.

The on-site restaurant is great, and the rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards. It’s an easy walk to the train station.

We were traveling with kids, and the hotel added cute children’s toothbrushes, slippers, towels, and other things for us. They also responded quickly when we made requests. The JR station is only a few minutes away on foot, with lots of food around it.
