The staff were the best, and the hotel was clean, roomy, and close to the station. Breakfast was good, with four options and generous portions. The cleaning was regular and thorough. Great hotel!

The rooms are a little old, but they’re spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, and the cost performance was great. A really good place to stay.

The facilities are dated, but the cleaning was thorough and the stay was comfortable. The air purifier and air conditioner in the guest room were new. Breakfast was complimentary, with several Japanese and Western options, which I really appreciated. I was staying for four days while relocating from Hokkaido for a job transfer. Every staff member was incredibly polite and helpful, and the price was reasonable for what I got. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station. I’m glad I chose it and highly recommend it.

Everyone in our family slept really well, and we’d definitely like to stay here together again. We were two adults and two children, and the room was clean. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was attentive and warm. The hotel felt just right in every way, neither too much nor too little, and the on-site coin laundry was a big help. Having a convenience store and supermarket nearby was handy too.
