The room is practical but compact, and if you’re over 6ft, you might find it hard to sleep comfortably. The hotel itself is basic, but very clean and functional. The station is about a two-minute walk, or four to five minutes for anyone with mobility challenges. Breakfast is included, though it’s basic and pretty much the same each day. Toothbrushes and clean towels are provided. There are tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, and a microwave in the breakfast room, handy for meals bought from 7 eleven.

There’s lots of space and the place is very functional for living, with a great location and service. It’s also refreshingly unpretentious. The beds aren’t comfy, but each room is very well equipped. Ours had a kettle and tea set, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast selection was wonderful, though I can’t remember much about the variety in the morning. I do remember it was good, and there were plenty of coffee refills for those who need their caffeine. There was juice or perhaps milk as well. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and they were accommodating during my visit. It’s not far from Kamata JR station and felt like good value for the money. I had no trouble during my stay and would call it a 3 star hotel. Hope this helped somewhat. Have a good journey.

The staff were very good and attentive, and we’ll definitely come back. It’s a beautiful place in a good location, just 1 train from Tokyo.

I had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were so nice, and the room was a little bigger than most I’ve had in Tokyo, even though it was still small. I know that’s pretty normal there.
