We loved our first stay here enough to return within the year, this time with all three kids. The rooms feel spacious and have great fixtures and amenities, and the modern design is lovely. The train is right downstairs, with Ginza just two stops away. The shower pressure was fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and the beaded pillow moulded nicely to my neck. The blackout blinds meant I slept perfectly. The staff, from the bell team and front office to the lounge, were caring, efficient and professional. Nobody made any request feel like a problem. Makoto at the front desk and Natsuki in the Lounge deserve a special mention. I’d give the place 10 stars if I could, and we can’t wait to come back. We also made good use of the complimentary lounge, open 24/7 for drinks, snacks and coffee, with a view of Tokyo Tower. The bottled yuzu drink was the best. Upstairs, guests who’ve checked out but have a late flight can still use the showers and a rest room in the morning. Such thoughtful provisions.

Getting around is easy since the hotel sits right above Toranomon Hills station, with the Ginza line only a few minutes away on foot. If you like walking, Tokyo Tower, Ginza, Shinbashi, Tokyo Station and Imperial Palace are roughly 20-40 minutes away. The hotel opened in 2023, so everything feels new and modern. There’s a 24/7 gym and a lounge with a nice view of Tokyo tower. Breakfast was a real highlight too: La Prestine serves a high-quality mix of buffet dishes and made-to-order options. I’d happily stay here again.

The rooms are a strong point: large for Tokyo, with plenty of storage and a roomy bathroom. The water pressure was excellent too. For the price, though, the experience fell short. Check-in was chaotic in a noisy, dim Level 1 bar, where I could barely hear the staff. The Level 11 lounge would make much more sense for that. The guest lounge was extremely basic, and its limited offerings weren’t restocked. My stay was spoiled by a rude female lounge staff member on the morning of 30 May 2026. I accidentally spilled a drink and apologised, but she glared, rolled her eyes and huffed while cleaning it up without acknowledging me. I felt completely unwelcome for the rest of my stay.

We’re glad we stayed here at the start of our Japan trip. The hotel is stunning and brand new, with a very clean feel and thoughtful modern finishes. It was peaceful and comfortable, and the lounge was a lovely place to unwind with a beautiful view of Tokyo Tower. We were out exploring most of the time, so didn’t get to try all the amenities. The location worked really well for us. It’s just outside Tokyo’s busiest areas, so it felt calm to return to, but Ginza is only a couple of stops away or a quick cab ride. There’s easy access to the train station by the escalator outside. The surrounding area is nicely planned, with a clean, open plaza and a 7-Eleven in the station/Toranomon Hills complex. After our stay we went on to Kyoto and Osaka, and hoped to return for one last night in Tokyo before flying home. The hotel was fully booked then, and when a room later became available, the rates were quite high. I told the front desk and followed up by email that we’d have loved to come back, but didn’t really hear back, which was a little disappointing. Still, we’d definitely stay again. It felt like a good balance of quiet luxury and easy access to the city.

The team were attentive, professional and helpful throughout, and breakfast was a highlight, with high-quality choices that made for a great start to the day. The business district location is a plus if you want peace and quiet, especially in the evenings. It’s a sleek, well-serviced place for a quiet professional base. There are some space constraints to consider. Even after upgrading for more room, I found the rooms quite small, and the closet was especially tight. With several bags, keeping organized is a challenge. The gym also feels underwhelming for this tier: it’s very small and short on the amenities I’d expect. Elevators were noticeably slow, so leave a few extra minutes when heading out. Anyone expecting luxury-sized rooms and facilities may find it a bit lean.
