House TOKYO ASAKUSA

The owners are such lovely people, and the place is clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Some great sights are within walking distance too. It's a great option even for a short Tokyo stay. If I had nothing planned, I would've happily slept in and relaxed all day :)

My family and I had a great time here. It's close to transit stops and minimarkets, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and well stocked. The washer came in handy, as did the bathroom dryer for getting clothes dry quickly. Heating from the air conditioner kept us warm. I'd definitely book it again on another trip to Tokyo.

The host was easy to reach and helpful the whole time, and the neighborhood is convenient with plenty going on nearby. For three people, it's a comfortable, clean place to come back to between busy days out. It can feel cold when you first arrive because of the tile floors and lack of carpet, but with the heat on it warmed up nicely overnight. The shower gets very hot, which we liked. A few practical notes if you're getting ready together: there's just one mirror in the small bathroom, plus one in the shower, so doing hair and makeup can take some juggling. The blow dryer works, but it's weak and takes a while. This works especially well if you're mainly looking for somewhere to sleep while you spend the days exploring.

The host kept checking in, replied quickly, and was thoughtful throughout, so communication felt easy and reassuring. The location is excellent, close to Asakusa and convenient for transport, food, and attractions. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.
