The stay was generally good. One thing that would help is clearer washer/dryer instructions in different languages. Also, I believe the coffee creamers may be expired, so it would be helpful to replace them. The toilet paper is scented, which isn't good for people with sensitive skin. Unscented, standard paper would be ideal. Thanks in advance.

The room was spotless and gave me plenty of space to relax. It had a modern, elegant feel, and the location made exploring easy: close to the train station, a short walk from Shibuya nightlife and great shopping. I was incredibly impressed by the stay, which exceeded my expectations. I'm already looking forward to visiting again. Thanks for such a great experience!

There's a luggage locker nearby, and the self check-in was simple and easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with well thought-out amenities. It's a good place for families, close enough to Shibuya's main area for a short walk, but not right in the middle of it.

We came as a family of 5, with 2 adults and 3 kids, ages 5, 8 and 10. The location was unmatched. A couple of minutes' walk put us in the busy streets of Shibuya for the action and people watching, but the room felt part of everyday local life. We walked to Meiji Shrine and Harajuku in probably 10 minutes, and Shibuya train station was an easy walk in the other direction. We left hoping to stay here again. I was initially concerned about staying at an unmanned hotel, especially arriving late and needing to forward luggage. There was a Yamamoto office literally a 2 minute walk away, so that wasn't an issue, and check-in was probably easier than at a normal hotel. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus when our luggage didn't arrive with us. The one downside was that we couldn't get the hot plate working, even after following the instructions.
