The room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and having a washing machine, air purifier, and humidifier was a nice bonus. It also had nearly everything I needed, including spare shaving cream and a toothbrush. The bus stop nearby takes you straight to Ebisu Station, or you can walk to the main station in about 12 minutes. Thanks for the thoughtful note and the tasty Doroyaki. I enjoyed staying here.
The massage chair was a fun surprise in an otherwise well-equipped room, especially handy for a backpacker. Check-in was simple, and the place isn't too far from the city center. There's a 7-Eleven about 100 meters away.
I accidentally booked this hotel because the app showed the wrong address. I meant to stay in another city, so I never slept here. I knew the refund policy, but asked for my money back anyway. After several messages, they still wouldn't refund me. I understand it was my mistake, but they weren't flexible or attentive to someone who could have been a future guest. I've had other hotels with the same policy refund me without trouble. Be careful before booking. I don't recommend this hotel.
A lovely little studio, about a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station. Everything felt new and was very clean, and there were lots of useful touches, like a laundry net bag and pet bowls for guests traveling with a pet.
Big thanks to Mr.Nobu for being so welcoming. The place was clean, quiet, and safe, and I think it's the best place to stay.
