I spent 10 nights here on the 6th floor, in room 601, which was the top floor. There are just two rooms on each level, and it was really nice and quiet. The Airbnb owner was very kind and helpful, so don't hesitate to book. The nearest Yamanote Line station is under a 5 minute walk away, with easy trips to places like Shibuya and Shinjuku. Harajuku is a must. Drugstores and convenience stores, including 7-Eleven, Family Mart & Lawson, are within two blocks. Entry uses a unique code, and there are keys for the room and elevators, so getting in and out is hassle free. Hope this helps!

We were comfortable here for a week. It's basically your own one-bedroom apartment, with more room than a normal hotel room and the facilities they promised. Sugamo JR station is very close, about a 2 minute walk. There's a dryer function in the bathroom that came in handy for drying washed clothes. The AC can also heat the room, which would be useful in winter.

It's an apartment-style place and was very accommodating throughout our stay. Sugamo station is about a 7 minute walk away, and the location is great. If you're staying more than a few days, be ready to bring your own essentials.

The room was excellent, though the kitchen shelf has a corner that's easy to bump your head on. Please consider putting a cushion there.
