1/3rd Residence Serviced Apartments Akihabara

The big beds are the main reason I’d come back to 1/3! A very nice receptionist helped us with practical advice and suggested trying the place next door to eat before heading to the apartment. We also got small noodle cups from Nissin as a gift. Do check in here, since some apartments aren’t at this location. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and had no lift, which made carrying heavy luggage difficult. Still, we enjoyed the hospitality and would stay again.

We stayed with 1/3rd for about a week, and it was a great experience. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Convenience stores, groceries, cafes, and restaurants were all within a five-minute walk. The staff were lovely and recommended some great places to visit.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the location was perfect. It came with a washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, and kitchenette. The staff were nice and spoke good English. I’d stay with 1/3 again.

The house was very clean and conveniently close to the station and supermarket. Since we’re vegetarian in Tokyo, having a well-equipped kitchen was a real help. We had a great stay with 1/3rd. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very fluent in English.
