The staff greeted me politely whenever I passed through the lobby, and I appreciated the extra amenities there, including tea bags, shavers, and toothbrushes. The hotel seemed thoughtful about guests and the environment. Breakfast was decent, with a good range of choices. I stayed alone for three nights and found the room cozy, clean, organized, and equipped with what I needed. At 15 square feet, it was small, but that’s normal for central Tokyo. With one large suitcase, I moved the round table a little to make space to open it. The location was excellent, with easy access to Hibiya subway station and Yurakucho subway and JR stations, so it was good value. The room works well for one person; two might find it too small unless they upgrade to the bigger twin room, which is 24 square feet.

We loved the neighborhood. The hotel is clean, centrally located, and close to everything, and the receptionists were friendly and very helpful. The room seems ideal if you’re alone for a short stay. We were there for seven nights, and with two people and two suitcases it got a bit cramped.

Even though we were very close to the train tracks, our room was reasonably quiet and we slept comfortably. It had a small but very comfortable massage chair, great after a long day of walking. The hotel is well maintained, with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff, and it provides high-quality shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Recommended!

The staff’s hospitality was the best part for us. Everyone was kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a great spot, with major metro lines connecting you around Tokyo and Ginza’s shopping streets a short walk away. The rooms are small but very clean, and having a massage chair was a nice bonus after a long day of walking. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are tiny, and the photos make them look bigger. The size might work for one person, but not two. Cleaning was very poor. After the room was cleaned for the second time, a very sentimental item went missing. When we complained, staff implied it had never existed and said there was nothing they could do. We don’t recommend the hotel or staff. Avoid it.
