It was lovely to stay here, especially as our first stop in Tokyo. The room was really spacious and the staff were lovely too. Just a heads-up, there's no lift, only stairs.

The place was peaceful and quiet, and having a washer and dryer made it easy to do laundry. It's a little far from Electric Town, but still fine if you enjoy walking and taking in the view. Hauling big luggage up the stairs is the hard part, especially if you're on the 5th floor.
Traffic noise definitely comes through. The room has a nice atmosphere, hot water works, and the toilet is in a separate room. Towels, wifi, a glass, and a TV are provided.
I was discriminated against. When I checked in alone, the staff looked down on me as if I didn't deserve their service. Cleanliness is another serious issue, and I saw lots of reviews complaining about how dirty the place is. Now I'm worried that travelers from other backgrounds could face racial discrimination if they stay here.
Check-in and stay instructions were clear, and they were quick to message back. The place was smaller than I'd expected, but you can't beat the location for the price.
