The staff at the front desk were very friendly, and everyone kept things quiet after 22:00. I had a room with its own bathroom, so I didn’t use the public one. Both the room and bathroom were clean, though old, and the hotel itself is showing its age. The room was tiny, and someone larger might struggle in it. I could hear quite a bit through the walls. Breakfast was Japanese food. I’d stay again if I have another meeting in the area.
4/10
The neighborhood was quiet, though it took about 10 minutes on foot to get to restaurants or shops. The room was small, which I expected at a Japanese hotel, and the stay was just okay apart from the issues below. Construction began at 10 AM, and the noise made it impossible to stay in the room and relax. I asked to pay extra for a late checkout, but they turned me down. I then asked for only 15 more minutes to use the toilet because I had diarrhea, and that was refused too. They cited the 10 AM construction, even though I’d already said the noise wouldn’t bother me by then. It wasn’t a relaxing stay.
10/10
The room and surroundings were nice, quiet, and felt safe. It’s in a residential area, though a bit of a walk from Nakameguro station.
8/10
For a stay in Nakameguro, the location works well.
6/10
The rooms are small, and there’s no international breakfast.
