We all agreed this was our best stay in Tokyo, and it’ll be our first choice when we come back. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Having a washing machine with a dryer, a full-size fridge, and a little kitchen for simple meals was a real plus. The kids loved the bunk bed, and it was great that we each had our own bed. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that’s nice for a stroll. From the hotel, we walked a short way to Sumiyoshi station exit B1, passing a supermarket and Lawson. You can also take bus 22 from Kinshicho station, Terminal 1, platform 3, for four stops to the stop right in front of Life supermarket. There’s a 7-11 down the street if you turn left at the junction after exiting the hotel to the right. Another bus stop nearby has a bus to Odaiba.

The beds were comfortable, and having a washer and dryer in the room would be especially useful if you’re packing light. The owners live in the building and were very helpful. We had a lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, close to Kinshicho and Skytree, with a supermarket just a few minutes away on foot.

A very nice place to stay, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, with easy access to spots like Shibuya, Akihabara, and the sky tree.

The owner was kind and very helpful, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Tokyo. We loved being in a residential area, with local coffee shops and restaurants to explore, and the subway station is an easy walk away. Great location and comfort. Highly recommended!

The rooftop is a lovely place to see almost all of Tokyo Skytree, especially at night. We also liked being in this quiet, peaceful part of Tokyo, which felt like a break from the crowds elsewhere. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and the kids loved the bunk bed. It’s self check-in, but all the facilities and things we needed were there, even though it’s an AirBnb. The washer-dryer was great.
