Clean and affordable, I’d book here again. 😀 My biggest concern was the shared bathroom and toilet, but I never had to wait, and both were very clean. There are only five rooms, and there’s also a women-only restroom. Cleanliness was one of the best things about this hotel. I also wondered if it was safe and far from Koenji Station. It’s only about a 2-5-minute walk and didn’t feel far, even late at night. The area seems residential, but some restaurants stay open late. I booked several days, with a stay at another hotel outside Tokyo in between. They let me leave my luggage in my room, and it was there when I came back. There was no storage fee, which was really convenient. Staff are rarely around, but if you need help, they suddenly appear. Yuya was especially friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that during my stay. Highly recommended!

For the price, this place is absolutely fine. It’s very basic and small, but close to the station, and everything is clean and functional. I had a good one-night stay.

Koenji Junjo has everything I need for the price. The nearest station is a 3-minute walk away, and the closest Family Mart is 2 minutes away on foot. The room, shared bathroom, and toilet were sparkling clean. The staff were super helpful too. Thank you!

It was 5000 yen and close to the station. The private room was about 5 square meters, and the shared toilet and shower were clean. The WiFi and air conditioning were fine. Still, the walls were only 2 or 3 centimeters thick, so I could hear everything from the next room. It’s a guesthouse, so I guess that can’t be helped. I thought the hair dryer was available from 5 AM, but someone was using it right at 5 AM, which meant I ended up having to wake up early every day.
