KOKO HOTEL Tokyo Nishikasai

We hadn’t planned to stay here. Our original hotel had lost our booking and had no room, so we found APA HOTEL TKP on Google maps and explained what had happened. They were SO KIND and flexible. The front desk staff worked hard to find rooms that suited us, and we ended up with two side-by-side rooms. They even let us check in early in the morning. We left our bags there and explored Tokyo using the nearby train station. Getting to transport, food, and a minimart or conbini was easy. THANK YOU APA HOTEL TKP for helping make our trip great!

It’s a nice residential area, with lots of good restaurants, shops, and everyday essentials nearby. The hotel is just steps from Nishi-Kasai station, and the staff are friendly. It’s clean and quiet, and meets the same standard as other APA hotels. Business hotel rooms are small, as expected. The tradeoff here is about a 45-minute train ride to the main city centre attractions.

The place is clean, the staff are good, and I have no complaints about the location. But this is my third night here and I can’t sleep because the room is so hot. You cannot control the temperature in your room, seriously. Never again. I’d rather sleep in a capsule hotel, where at least you can set your room temperature.

The French toast at breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. Don’t miss it, I can’t wait to come back for more! The food, location, cleanliness, and customer service all checked the boxes for us. Everyone we spoke with was welcoming and friendly, and the staff went out of their way to make our stay great. They made me want to return, and I definitely will.
