Koraku Garden Hotel

The room wasn't too small, and the mattress was in good shape, not sagging. The hotel itself is rather old and not close to a station, so expect a 12-14 minute walk. I liked the area, though, with a park nearby and an easy walking route from the hotel to Korakuen station. Since the station is near Tokyo Dome, there are plenty of places to eat around there. P.S. The stainless steel finish in the bathroom made it feel like a detention center or prison 😅

A calm, quiet spot that still puts you close to Tokyo Dome. The staff were excellent. I'd stay again, 10/10.

The room was a good size, and the local staff were really good. You can leave your luggage before check-in. The shampoo and conditioner are both excellent.

For 2500¥ a night, booked through a third-party site, this was a perfect fit for a solo traveler. Check-in was easy, and staff were friendly. My room had space to move around, a comfortable bed, and my own bathroom. There was a hot water heater, a face steam machine, and tea and coffee in the room, which I loved because I could make them whenever I wanted. They checked my temperature at check-in for COVID. The downside was the heat: I couldn't adjust the room temperature, and the heating was turned up high. The windows barely open, so it got too hot.
