I arrived tired and just wanted to rest, but the check-in setup was frustrating. They send a link to enter a password and get the lock key, but the link doesn't work. No one is there to check you in or out, and there is a lot of red tape. This feels like an Airbnb, not a hotel, and I don't understand why it's advertised as one at such a high price.
