We ate at the hotel restaurant and used the gym a few times. Just a heads-up, it’s mostly cardio machines with very few weights. The room was quiet with no street noise, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were kind, and the hotel is right in the centre. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. Recommend it!

The room makes smart use of its space, with storage for luggage under the bed and plenty of cute hooks for jackets, even though there’s no closet. It’s clean, modern, and has a comfortable, nicely sized bathroom. Staff were friendly. On the second floor there’s a small gym with a treadmill, elliptical, and bike, plus a shared kitchen area where you can hang out while waiting for laundry. The location is super convenient, across from Parco mall and a few blocks from Shibuya Crossing and the train station. I’d recommend it.

This is a great base for first-time visitors or return trips if you want to be in the middle of everything. My family room, which seems to be the only one on its floor, looked out over Parco, with the pokemon cente right across. The rooms come with robes, toiletries like a comb, shave, and toothbrush, and slippers. There are also combs, toothbrushes, and face cloths by the elevators in the meat lobby. The main level and second floor have water filling stations. Upstairs there’s also a laundry room, small gym, and social area with a big table, cutlery, cups, and plates. Please clean up after eating. A wash costs 500¥, and the dryer is 100¥ per 10 minutes, with 30 to 40 minutes usually needed to dry clothes. In the main lobby, there’s a little candy station in the afternoon and evening until it runs out. It’s centrally located amid the controlled chaos of Shibuya crossing and the surrounding area. As with everything in Japan, it was very clean, check-in was easy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff were great, and we joined a complimentary walking tour of Shibuya with Molly and Akina. They were both welcoming and friendly, and shared interesting things about the area and life in Tokyo. Sign up if you get the chance. Although the hotel is in a busy neighborhood, our room was extremely quiet. The building is fairly new, everything was clean and working perfectly, and the small room felt modern, well designed, and practical. Rooms in this category are generally small in Japan, so that wasn’t surprising.
