For the price, the location was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I picked this place for the sauna too, and it was a nice option for a couple of nights by the river. Since it's a love hotel, check-in starts a little later and you can't freely come and go. Keep that in mind if you're trying to stay on a budget.

We only stayed one night, mostly for the experience, so I don't want to judge it too harshly. It's pretty much what you'd expect from a love hotel. Things are meant to be fully automatic, but we didn't know how anything worked since we don't speak Japanese, and an employee came to help us, which we really appreciated. Smoking is allowed, so the place smelled of cigarettes.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and lovely, with all the facilities, including a private dry sauna. It's on a charming Sakura alley, very close to Meguro station. My best experience so far, and I highly recommend it!

I brought my own toys, and the staff could hear me moan. Nice room.
