The staff were friendly and answered all our questions, and we found the same-day luggage delivery service helpful. It’s priced per piece, and booking early is strongly recommended. For delivery the same day at 21:00, luggage needs to be in the lobby before 09:00. We found this place while struggling to find a room that could fit two adults and two kids. The loft beds worked perfectly, and the room was spacious and clean. It’s close to Tsukiji Fish market and the shopping district. There’s also a pay-as-you-go laundry room with four washers and four dryers. At the time of our stay it was cashless, and detergent was included in the cycle. The machines have a bit less capacity than larger ones abroad. A cold water refill station would be a nice addition. I may have missed one, though. We’d highly recommend this place for families of four or more.

We felt safe, and the area was fairly quiet. Ginza’s main area and the subway were easy to reach on foot, and we could hire a stroller at reception without any trouble. The room setup worked well for our family of five and all our belongings. The only thing worth mentioning is the dryer, our clothes still weren’t dry after 90 minutes.

For getting around, it was handy to have several train stations a short walk away. None is super close, but we could pick one based on which direction we were going and sometimes avoid a transfer. The location is near plenty of things while sitting just outside the busier areas. We stayed with our family of four, including kids aged 7 and 4. The rooms were spacious and well laid out, with lots of hanging space for clothes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Two small ideas: a shelf above the sink or fridge would help with konbini purchases, and the beds shift around too easily when the kids are on them. Castor cups or replacing two castors per bed with locking ones might help.

The apartments are really spacious, which was a relief after hearing how small a lot of accommodation can be. The kids had bunk beds with full-size beds. The property felt safe and was extremely clean, and room service making the beds was a nice touch. Staff were very welcoming. We also liked being able to walk to excellent shops and cafes, and even to Tokyo station. Highly recommend if you want to stay away from the busy areas.
