Wznet Umeyashiki

I had a bad experience at WZNET Umeyashiki. It was close to the train station, but arriving at night, I found no security and no instructions for checking in. I waited almost three hours before I could get into my room. There was no heating, and it was very cold at that hour. The receptionist wasn't there and was hard to reach. She was grumpy and unfriendly.

We spent several days here as a family on our Tokyo trip and really enjoyed the place. It had what we needed for a comfortable stay: a kitchenette, a bathroom with a washing machine, a main bedroom, and a small office. The train station is only a two-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Family Mart and 7-Eleven are right downstairs for everyday things. It's very well equipped and a great place to stay.

There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby, which makes shopping easy. Umeyashiki Station is just a three-minute walk away. The room is roomy and comfortable, has the kitchen utensils you need, and is in a great spot. I highly recommend staying here.

For the price, this guesthouse in Ota Ward, Tokyo is a good deal. It's clean and comfortable, and only a three-minute walk from Umeyashiki Station. It is quite far from the city center, and there's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage upstairs. Still, it's cheap and good value.
