The mattresses were really soft and comfortable, though the kitchen and bathroom were very basic. It's a quiet part of the neighborhood, with a couple of convenience and grocery shops nearby, and the train station is within walking distance. There's no lift, and the metal doors make quite a racket when they close.

I spotted a cockroach in the kitchen, and they charged me 2000Yen to dispose of luggage.

The rooms were very clean, and Otsuka Station wasn't too far away.

The area around the place was very clean, and the metro station was nearby.

The price was good and the service was fair. The bathroom felt a little too small.
