For what it costs, you get more than enough. It was one of our best stays in Tokyo: clean and cozy, in an amazing location, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed.

It’s small, smaller than I expected from the photos and from my time there. Still, it has everything you need, and the hygiene was acceptable. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. There’s a fridge, kitchen utensils and an induction cooker, and you’re allowed to cook. They’ve also provided a small table and folding chairs. Getting around is convenient, with transport about a 6-12 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, several public bathhouses just a minute away, and a laundromat downstairs. For the price, it’s a well-equipped place and a good choice.

I regret even giving it one star. I booked through Agota because the listing said there was parking on the premises, but there wasn’t. When I asked about it, they said Agota had listed it on their own and that they weren’t responsible. They also said that if I canceled, I couldn’t get a refund. They were arrogant about the whole thing, saying Agota should refund me and that there was no way parking could have been listed in the first place. They claimed this had never happened before. Even after I confirmed the listing did say parking was available, their attitude didn’t change. They should have checked the listing before it went up, so it must have been their mistake. The people were awful, and I wouldn’t want to stay there however nice the hotel might be. It isn’t even a high-end place. I left and stayed somewhere else without ever checking in.

The location is pretty convenient, and a two-bed room costs less than many places. Still, the bedding was a little dirty and the building felt very old. I wouldn't recommend it for couples. It might be okay if you're traveling with a group of guys.
