MIMARU Tokyo Hatchobori

The shower pressure was a little weak, but we had such a comfortable, relaxing stay that it didn’t take away from the experience. The staff were all kind and helpful, too. After all the walking on our trip, this was a lovely place for our family to rest. We’d definitely choose Mimaru again on our next visit to Japan. Thank you very much.

The kids loved playing in the bathtub nearly every other night, and they also had a great time with the Christmas game and claiming the gifts the staff had arranged. Everyone greeted us warmly whenever we came in or left. The room was spacious, clean, and worked well for our family of four with two toddlers. It was expensive, but felt worth the price. The location was great, with a few subway stations within a five-minute walk. A wonderful stay at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori!

The room at Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully set up for our family of four. The location was convenient, and the whole stay felt easy for a family. We’d absolutely come back and recommend it to other families. What we’ll remember most is how Riri and Sandra helped when we realized at check-in that we’d left our passports at our previous hotel. They stayed calm, listened, and worked on solutions. Sandra even contacted someone she knew personally to help retrieve them. We never expected that level of care. Their initiative turned what could have been a travel disaster into a huge relief, and we’re so grateful to them and to the team at Mimaru. We also appreciated the kind service throughout. Thank you for making the stay so special. Anson + Serene Singapore

There was a simple activity where my daughters made cherry blossom keychains, and they loved it. It added something special to our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and ready to help, which made everything easy from start to finish. The rooms were so spacious that even with luggage everywhere, we never felt cramped. Mimaru Tokyo Hatchobori was great for our family trip with kids and made our time in Tokyo more comfortable and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for families.
