Minn Nihonbashi Suitengumae

The rooms were spacious, neat, and tidy, and the smart locks and systems worked well. This has been my favorite location in Tokyo so far, with easy access to the airport shuttle for trips both to and from the airport.

The service wasn’t ideal. There was only one person on site managing the front desk. I asked for extra pillows and was told they’d bring them up, but several hours passed and nothing arrived. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and large enough for a small family, with all the amenities you might need. The location is quiet and tucked away, while still close to suitengumae station.

We spent 8 days here as a group of 3, and it felt like home. The nearest Station is a short walk away, with Airport shuttle accessibility and Substation. Local combinis, convenience stores, nice local shops, and restaurants are handy. Staff were very friendly, service was great, and English translation was available to help with check-in. The beds were comfy, the bathroom setup was great, and having a washer/dryer in the room was useful. The room was cleaned very well, almost spotless. Free luggage storage helped bridge the gap after Checkout. The main drawback was the small trash cans. For stays longer then 4 days, trash is collected every couple of days. In Japan people overly buy things and create trash, so bigger cans and recyclable bins would help with the overflow. I’d definitely stay here again when I travel to Japan, and highly recommend it for groups of 3-6 people.

A relaxed, easygoing place to stay. Check-in and all payments are electronic. It’s nice and relaxing, with all the amenities around and a good location.
