Mitsui Garden Hotel Toyosu Premier Tokyo

The calm, well-kept feel of the hotel and the friendly, professional staff made a strong impression on us. Our room was modern, spotless, and had a stunning view, especially after dark when the Tokyo skyline was lit up. Getting around was easy too: the metro is right beside the hotel, and there’s a new mall nearby with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops. It’s a great spot if you want a little breathing room from the crowds without losing access to the city. We had a perfect stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo.

The hotel was lovely and clean, and the service was great. We’d made a booking mistake and the room we reserved wasn’t permitted for our children. The staff tried hard to sort things out and were incredibly kind and helpful. Their willingness to assist really mattered. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

The breakfasts were delicious, plentiful, and varied, and the dining room team were attentive and very friendly. We were also charmed by the rest of the staff, especially Mana, who patiently and pleasantly helped us for quite a while with an issue sending our luggage to the airport. We stayed from 2-6-2026 as a couple from Israel, and found the hotel itself beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable, with a lovely, unusual view over Tokyo Bay.

The view from our room and the reception on the 36th floor was amazing. Breakfast, though, was crowded, had the same food both days, and involved too long a wait for a table. Laundry was another letdown: the coin machines left our clothes smelling bad. Our bathroom towel was also very thin and small. When we asked about checking out late, they wanted ¥2,000 per hour.
