The facilities and service weren't as good as I expected. The nearby car park is usually full, so it's hard to stop nearby to drop things off. If there's no space, you have to walk about 5-10mins with your luggage.

I was traveling with my family, and the stay was awful. When we returned from Disney at night, the power was off. I called and emailed management, but they only emailed me the next day, after we had checked out. With no electricity, we had no hot water or heating, and there was no battery backup, so I couldn't charge my phone. The toilet flush was attached to the bidet and wouldn't work, which made using the bathroom difficult. It was November and cold without the heat, and my whole family caught colds that day. From now on, I'll only stay somewhere with a front desk. I'm never booking a place without someone on duty again.
